Just a short note to tell you how thrilled I am with the performance of the Bioniser. As you may remember I installed one of your first units on my pool some 4 years ago. At that time I was working as a pool salesman for one of the prestige pool companies in Brisbane where I gained a lot of experience in the sales and the advantages of your product.

I had several reasons for installing a Bioniser - Firstly - I am not a great lover of swimming in a saltwater pool as I don't like the taste of the water and because in my 30 years in the swimming pool industry i know that there is the same level of chlorine in a saltwater pool as there is in a straight chlorine pool.

Secondly  - I have two beautiful granddaughters who love to swim but are very susceptible to allergies - chlorine brings them out in a nasty rash.

Having purchased and installed a Bioniser unit at Xmas 08, about 5 months ago, I would like to comment on how thrilled I am with the water quality and ease of maintenance of my pool.

I am no genius when it comes to testing pool water and indeed previously only had it tested by my local pool shop.

I am finding the simple testing procedures to be easy to do, and have needed to add only a fraction of the chemicals the pool shop had me adding.

The water is crystal clear and beautiful to swim in. Everyone who swims in my pool is amazed that it can be so clean without all the chemicals and loves the feel and taste of the fresh water.

My only regret is that I didn't fit a Bioniser years ago.

When we bought this property, we wanted to have the pool sparkling clear and blue for our swimming. At first we had endless problems with keeping the pool clear and clean as the encroachment of foliage by the garden about the pool was overpowering. With the wet, wet summer and the fact that a lot of the pool gear was cracked, broken, leaking and useless, we ended up spending endless time and too much money keeping the pool swimmable. Not great fun.

We changed to your Bioniser system and despite the three monstrous deluges we got in February, March and April we have been able to swim in sparkling clear, blue water. One thing we really appreciate about Bioniser is that there is no smell of chlorine. The pool has been easy to keep balanced also. The overwhelming amount of water pouring into the pool at times this summer was making the pool green but with a routine follow up of pool vacuuming and sweeping plus the attention to balance we have weathered the storms well.

The water crackles as we move in it, it is so clean and crisp. Keeping the flow of vegetation, dust and pollen to a minimum by clearing the plant life away from the pool edge paid dividends, as did the virtual replacement of old faulty equipment. I find the Bioniser has made our swimming a greater pleasure.

I replaced my salt water chlorinator with the Bioniser system almost 12 months ago after searching on the internet for a non-chlorine sanitiser. I am allergic to chlorine and was restricted to no more than a five minute swim on the hottest of summer days. My husband and I would like to firstly thank you for saving our learn to swim business because without “the” Bioniser I would not have been able to continue teaching as I had developed an allergic reaction to chlorine which had affected 90% of my body and was very uncomfortable. I have installed a Bioniser in our pool in Alice Springs. I feel it has made our maintainance of our pool MUCH easier and lowered our weekly pool consumable costs considerably, which has effectively paid for the system. It is GREAT to swim in and we do not have to wash ourselves to remove the "chlorine" smell. Our friends are also impressed that they do not have to wash their bathers either! The weather conditions in the desert, mean we still need the addition of an oxidiser in our super hot weeks and high wind times and we add acid on a weekly basis as the pH creeps up but overall we have been VERY pleased.

I was also impressed with the service I received when first installing our Bioniser - early this year.

We installed a bioniser system in our pool three years ago and it really has been one of the best decisions we ever made. We run a small B&B and we enthusiastically tell our guests about the bioniser and most have never heard about it, but are keen to swim in our pool to try it out. They all comment on the nice clean feel that the water has to it. We compare it to swimming in the local river, just cool, refreshing, chemical free water. Two of our grandchildren have eczema and it is great for their skin. We think it even helps it!

We have been very pleased with our Bioniser – during the cooler months we literally have to do nothing at all – it is set and forget. During the summer months we use our pool a lot (we have 5 kids plus regular guests!) and it needs a little help with an oxidiser but after talking to my friends every other system does too. To me it seems to be the easiest and most cost effective solution available.

Being a new pool owner, the new concepts of total alkalinity, pH, water hardness etc, were challenging enough. Then, with three young kids, we quickly discovered that - with everything else perfect - they were still getting rashes! The hunt around Chlorine levels started.
Google turned up the Bioniser.com.au site and one quick and helpful phone call had a unit on the way down to us - arriving within days.
Armed with a hacksaw and some plumbers glue, installation was a 10 minute job - nothing short of painless. Instructions were solid and phone-support helpful.
Having used the Bioniser on our pool now for around a year, we have eliminated swimming rashes, having never even seen a green pool and the kids can't wait to get back into the pool every chance they get. It's all just too easy now.

We had previously used a system like the Bioniser in our pool in Melbourne and didn't need to be convinced of the advantages. Our new pool on the Gold Coast came with the new home and a standard salt-based chlorinator, so it was back to needing a shower to remove the salt after a swim. The chlorinator died, we did our web search, and installed our Bioniser, complete with a pair of Circulators. I have recently purchased a Bioniser to replace an existing chlorinator and with two girls who love to swim but are sensitive to chlorine we believed the product was perfect for our needs.

First and foremost the product is fantastic and has turned our pool into a virtually free chemical environment.

But perhaps the most surprising yet pleasing part of purchasing a Bioniser was the pre and post sales serviced we have received. A great deal of time was invested in educating me on how to use the product and all the documentation provided was great and easy to understand.

I have been using the Bioniser now for just over 12 months and I must say I am extremely pleased with your system.

I did a lot of research prior to deciding on what system I would use in our new pool. I didn’t want to use chlorine as my research proved this is not a healthy option. We installed a glass pool fence and did not want the problems of etched glass that a salt water pool gives if you don’t clean the glass religiously after swimming. I now understand salt pools are chlorine pools anyway.

I stumbled across the Bioniser website and discovered a whole different way of looking after our pool water. Honestly, it is like swimming in spring water and the water is good enough to drink. We continuously receive positive comments from our friends about how nice our pool is to swim in. One of our daughter’s friends is allergic to chlorine but she can’t wait to get in our pool each time she comes over; it is the only pool she feels confident to swim in.

We purchased the Bioniser several months ago to replace the salt chlorinator that we have used for years . Admittedly I had no trouble with salt water, however once our youngest daughter came along we looked seriously into an alternative. Our daughter Keira has relatively bad eczema. Public swimming pools , due to the chlorine are not suitable for her as the eczema flares badly. Even our own salt chlorinated pool had the same result. After having enquired with you we took the plunge and went freshwater. Keira has been in the "bionised" pool now on probably 1/2 dozen occasions now with zero flare up. It is seriously brilliant, she can now learn to swim without the pain. I wish that I was aware of it years ago . My pool guy ( Rivform Pool & Spa ) was sceptical at the start and admitted to knowing little about ionised pools. He has since done more research off his own back and now wants to start promoting the freshwater concept. So many kids (and adults) suffer skin problems. I can’t understand why anyone would stay with a chemical based alternative to freshwater.

I was sceptical that it would be as easy to set up and maintain  as the ad said. But I was dead wrong. It has cut my workload in half. 
Water stays crystal clear with no smell of chlorine. My children love it and hey! - No green hair!
I don't have to worry about adding chemicals and after rain it corrects effortlessly.

Two years ago, we purchased a bioniser from Ian after finding the product on the net.  We have had our pool for over 5 years now and could have kicked ourselves for not buying a bioniser earlier.  We are not maintenance people and found it very difficult to keep our pool clean.  No amount of chemicals was helping.  Once our bioniser was in action our family and friends were impressed by how clear our water was and softer to swim in.  The difference was amazing.  Some friends thought we had a new pool cause they thought our pool was green not crystal clear blue.  I like it best cause i am not a fan of chlorine or its smell.  We truly thought this product was too good to believe and purchased on the grounds of  it not doing what it claims to we would get our money back, so we gave it a go.  We now have a few friends that have purchased it and also share our satisfaction on choosing a bioniser.  Most importantly the customer service we  had received dealing with Ian has been exceptional.  It was a pleasure dealing with a gentleman who is very knowledgeable and helpful.  Do your wallet and more importantly your family a favor by purchasing an enviromental friendly product.
